1. About Us

Find Your Compass Within is a life and career coaching business operated by Mel Cooper, based in South Africa. We offer digital self-coaching workbooks and one-on-one coaching sessions delivered online via Google Meet.

By purchasing from or engaging with this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. Products and Services

We offer two categories of products and services:

• Digital Workbooks: Instant PDF downloads delivered electronically after successful payment. No physical products are shipped.
• Coaching Sessions: One-on-one online coaching sessions conducted via Google Meet, booked and confirmed via email.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Payments processed via Payfast may be settled in South African Rand (ZAR) at the prevailing exchange rate. The final amount charged will be shown at checkout before payment is confirmed.

4. Delivery Policy: Digital Products

If you do not receive your download email within 10 minutes of payment, please check your spam or junk folder. If the email is not there, contact us at melcooper@findyourcompasswithin.com and we will send your files manually within 24 hours.

5. Delivery Policy: Coaching Sessions

Coaching sessions are scheduled online after purchase via our booking system. Sessions are conducted via Google Meet. A Google Meet link will be sent to your email address in your booking confirmation.

6. Refund Policy

Coaching Sessions: Payments for coaching sessions are refundable in full if a cancellation request is received more than 48 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations within 48 hours of a session are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once at no charge, subject to availability.

To request a refund or raise a concern, please email melcooper@findyourcompasswithin.com with your order details. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

7. Cancellation Policy

Digital Products: Once payment is processed and a download link has been issued, the transaction is considered complete and cannot be cancelled.

Coaching Sessions: You may cancel a booked coaching session by emailing melcooper@findyourcompasswithin.com. The following applies:

• More than 48 hours before the session: Full refund or reschedule, at your choice.
• Within 48 hours of the session: No refund, but one reschedule is offered at no charge.
• No-shows without prior notice: Non-refundable and no reschedule is offered.

8. Intellectual Property

All workbooks, content, frameworks, and materials available on this website are the original intellectual property of Find Your Compass Within. They are sold for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution, resale, reproduction, or sharing of purchased materials in any form is strictly prohibited.

9. Disclaimer

Find Your Compass Within is a coaching and self-discovery service. All workbooks and coaching sessions are designed to support personal clarity, direction, and growth. They are not a substitute for professional financial, legal, medical, or psychological advice. Any references to external books, authors, or methodologies are included for educational guidance only.

Mel Cooper is a Certified Life Coach. She is not a psychologist, psychiatrist, or mental health practitioner, and nothing offered through this website should be understood as mental health treatment or clinical intervention.

10. Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to process your payment and deliver your purchase (name, email address). We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as required by our payment processor (Payfast) and email delivery provider. 11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from a transaction on this website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
